Shipping Information
Corals will be double-bagged and contain hot or cold packs as needed. No shipping outside of the United States. Orders will be shipped out overnight through FedEx or UPS. California residents can choose Ground for around $20 or pick-up in store (please contact us). All orders will be shipped out on Tuesday. Mobile Aquatic does not ship out unhealthy corals or frags.
Dead on Arrival We offer an arrive alive guarantee. If a coral or fish arrives dead or severely stressed you must contact us within 2 hours and email a picture of the specimen. If you cannot send us a photo within 2 hours after delivery we will not honor your claim. You must sign for the package on the first attempt of delivery or the guarantee is void. If a coral or fish is D.O.A. we will replace it, if not in stock store credit will be issued (NO REFUNDS) for the price of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Coral only orders over $250.00 will get free shipping. If the order includes one or more fish, then free shipping applies after $350.00 =)
